Natural gold, pink, and white mother pearl, purple spiny oyster shell, rhodochrosite, and orange carnelian are meticulously cut and inlaid by hand into an elegant sterling silver frame. Pendant measures 1 1/4 inches L x 3/4 inch W and hangs from an 18 inch silver oxidized rope chain with lobster claw closure. Made in New Mexico, USA.

These genuine citrus-berry stones and shells are intricately cut into precise shapes to fit together in a sterling silver setting, a design method known as channel inlay. Made in America, Sangria jewelry features channel inlay pendants, earrings, and rings surrounded by a concha design of scalloped edging.

• Purple spiny oyster shell symbolizes the life that flourished in the mystical oceans, far away from the desert southwest. Spiny oyster shell originates in the Sea of Cortez off the coast of Baja California, Mexico.
• The warm purple hues of February's birthstone, amethyst, exude tranquility and spirituality. The most important deposits are found in Brazil but it can also be found in the U.S. where it's celebrated as the state stone of Georgia and South Carolina.
• White, pink, and gold mother of pearl absorb negative energy and soothe emotional stress. Celebrated as the modern birthstone for June, mother of pearl is the iridescent substance that forms the lining of the shells of some fresh-water and salt-water mollusks.

Clean sterling silver with a silver polishing cloth when necessary, but never immerse in chlorine, silver dips, chemical solutions, or ultrasonic cleaners, as these substances can cause damage to the gemstones. Never wear jewelry in a chlorinated pool or spa. |
